Probably the #1 reason for missing out on signups is that visitors don't trust the casino. Why should they? The industry is largely unregulated, and the casino is located thousands of miles a way in another country. Your prospects may have also heard stories of online casinos cheating their customers. With all this going against you, it can be a wonder that you ever get new customers at all.

To help earn players' trust, more and more casinos are having their log files professionally reviewed to determine payout percentages and to certify fairness. And those which do have an obvious advantage over those which don't. Think about it: If a potential player can choose a certified fair casino, why would they pick one that's not?

If your casino could use more players, then we can help by giving your casino our Certified Fair Gambling seal of approval. Just send a 100% sampling of casino log files in a flat file format and we'll do the rest. You can mail the data on a CD or have us download it by FTP. We will then extract the necessary fields, summarize the data, provide a report of our findings, and, if everything is in order, award you our Certified Fair Gambling seal to display proudly on your casino website.

Is this a good way for dishonest casinos to whitewash their operation?

Absolutely not. If your casino is not honest, don't bother to hire us. We carefully examine casino log files and test the results to ensure that game results are consistent with statistical norms. We will find statistical problems, if they exist, and include them in our reports. If you are seeking certification for a dishonest casino, do not contact us!

What exactly is the Certified Fair Gambling auditing process?

Once a month, the client provides its complete logs of each game for each of its casinos. There is no standard format expected for these logs; CFG works with the format of log files the clients provides.

CFG analyzes these log files and provides "Return to Player" reports for each of your casinos. This report includes the return for each major category of games, as well as the overall return. These reports come in pdf format on Certified Fair Gambling stationary and are suitable for posting on your casino web-sites, if you desire.

CFG has developed software that audits the most popular games offered for fairness. Included is a monthly fairness audit of one or more of the games Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, Deuces Wild Video Poker, Keno, Let it Ride, Pai Gow, Stud poker, Three card poker, and Video Poker. Other specific games will be audited on request. The primary tool used is chi-squared testing.

CFG visually inspects the results for each game at each of your casinos and insures that the results conform to statistical norms.

CFG conducts a global audit on all casinos in your group. The log files from all casinos are merged. This insures that the software overall is consistent.

CFG uses other auditing methods which it does not disclose to the client.

Included in CFG's service is availability to comment or answer questions on specific players or games. If you suspect a game is not fair, or that a player may have found some advantage, CFG will look at the log files for that player or game.

Finally, each CFG client casino is welcome to post the "Certified Fair Gambling" seal. This seal insures players that the games are fair, and serves as a source of confidence for your operation on the part of the consumer.
